Join us for this soulful blend of musical meditation, mantra, and storytelling woven through channels of sound. This HEALing experience includes healthy meals and gentle meditative yin yoga. Relax into sound healing journeys that invite self-discovery and emotive processing through a variety of sacred sounds, techniques and tones, using acoustic instruments and vocals. Find your voice in creative songwriting, learn tools to encourage your voice, unwind with bedtime stories to amuse your inner child. While the events of the weekend will all be held at The University portion of the property, a variety of stay arrangements can be made from our private suites to treehouse elegance to forest cabana style. Meals and all scheduled activities included in weekend package purchase (pricing below). All facilities will have access to our outdoor showerhouse, rooftop bathtub, hiking, and swimming hole.

Seleka Behrs is the multi-modality healing artist, meditation musician, and holistic mental health specialist of Behrs Necessities. She initiates a gentle process of deep listening and attuning to a quietly subtle dimension of life. These highly intuitive sessions are rooted in the internal self-healing wisdom innately accessed as you pause and carefully listen. Sessions with Seleka are a catalyst for cultivating and integrating qualities of acceptance, compassion, serenity, clarity, humility, forgiveness, and loving kindness.
