Join Visionary Artist Mary Beth for a grounding weekend of community, creativity and co-regulation among the magical Lost River landscape.

Mary Beth is a Visionary Artist, Reiki Practitioner, Hostel Muralist, and Teacher  from Indianapolis Indiana. Mary Beth’s works are often her prayers or depictions of something she wishes to embody. This Spring, she invites you to come and explore your inner landscape with her and to notice its current state and ways in which you want to see it transform. Together you will explore different symbolism, compositions and techniques to create your own visual depiction for embodiment.

With over 10 years of teaching and facilitation experience using trauma informed  and neuroinclusive approaches, Mary Beth will be using techniques to promote creativity and increase nervous system regulation during this experience.
